3. Have more than five years of work experience and related experience in chemical technology management, familiar with the technology and market status and development trends of the oil and chemical industry, and relevant positions in the oil and chemical industry industry have been held as technical directors or above;

(3) Basic job responsibilities

4. Responsible for safety and environmental protection, occupational health, quality, energy management and other tasks in the region, and achieve the goals and tasks of achieving safety and environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction;
5. Responsible for the production and operation management, technical transformation and upgrading of devices in the area under its jurisdiction, responsible for the organization and implementation of the production and operation of new raw materials, new technologies, and new products, and responsible for the site management, cost control, and performance management of the department and the region jobs;

(Three) written test
Candidates are notified to participate in the written test after passing the qualification examination.
Interview applicants who pass the written test.
